Airborne BMX becomes a set of riding challenges involving the application of various skills, as the player must prepare well for each jump. The goal in the game is not to just rush towards the endpoint but to control your speed, launch yourself off ramps, perform tricks midair, and finally land back on your bike.

Accumulating enough momentum is the first thing you have to do to perform a stunt successfully. Tap the Spacebar to increase your momentum, and when you get close to the ramp, release it. This will affect how much time you get to perform a stunt midair.
When you are airborne, use the arrow keys to perform front flips and backflips. Basic tricks can be done by pressing the WASD keys, while Shift and these keys will unlock advanced tricks.
In Airborne BMX, it is all about precision and not just tapping the buttons fast. All tricks need to be made during your time airborne; otherwise, trying to rush a trick could result in poor positioning when the rider lands. Make sure to look at your path and make adjustments while you still have time.
The game has six worlds with increasingly challenging courses to finish. All levels come with certain tasks that need to be accomplished by the player: perform certain tricks, make combinations, or finish a hard track. A failed attempt means that you will have to repeat the course.
There are 15 different riders and BMX bikes that you may unlock throughout the game. This adds incentive for the player to continue with the challenges and do better. Moreover, colorful environments and smooth animation add to the satisfaction of each successful trick.
The final aim here is to take up some tasks in order to get medals based on your performance. As the levels progress, speed control and landing become more and more essential. So develop your skills and try to get the best medals in various BMX courses.
