About Blockader
Blockader is a thrilling shooting game in which there is almost nowhere to hide. Blockader is a roguelike survival shooter that puts the character in an environment full of progressively more dangerous foes, making each stage a challenge of dodging and rapid reaction. The weapon takes care of the shooting; thus, the player's only tasks include survival and character development.
Survive Inside the Ring
Enemies constantly spawn in the ring and try to outnumber the player. Some enemies attack the character straight away, and others require the player to keep track of distant attacks. The Sniper is one of the most dangerous foes, as it attacks from outside the ring, and staying put for a long period may prove to be costly.
WASD or the Arrow Keys control the character's movement. Players are supposed to run around the arena, create some distance from groups, and dodge when possible. Failure to do so will result in losing all lives and thus ending the run.
Turn Every Wave Into Progress
When you defeat your opponents or complete a wave, you get rewarded with stars and the chance to upgrade. There are more than 100 upgrade cards that you can choose from, which are split into four types.
Create a Powerful Build
Do not just pick whatever card looks good at the start. Consider how the card complements other cards you already have in your inventory. With proper planning, your character will be much stronger when faced with increasingly difficult waves.
Expand Your Abilities
Besides upgrading waves, stars can do many other things. You can use them to buy weapons or other abilities to improve your character.
Discover Six Unique Warriors
There are six fighters to choose from in the game, which includes Lucky, Byte, Spark, Orbit, Sludge, and Spike. There are six distinct playstyles in the game for each warrior, making each attempt different from the other. The Lucky fighter is one that you can unlock at the very beginning of the game.
