How to play Space Waves
Space Waves requires you to guide an arrow through 33 interesting stages. You must avoid walls, whirling gears, and spikes to complete each stage. To score more and survive, destroy opposing spaceships and acquire power-ups while navigating. Emoji-categorized levels let you choose your difficulty.
In all game modes and stages, you have the same mission:
- Avoid spikes, walls, moving gears, and narrow tunnels.
- Defeat hostile spaceships on the path.
- Get power-ups to boost firepower, slow time, or invulnerability.
Controls
- Left mouse button/W/Spacebar—Raise the arrow.
- Allow the arrow to fall.
- Left/Right keys (level design)—horizontal movement
Game Modes
World Mode 1: Smoother layouts and fewer hazards for beginners. It helps you master timing, momentum, and tight places.
For maximum challenge, enter Endless Mode. No finish line, just you, growing obstacles, and pressure to beat your last distance record. Chaos, cruelty, and addiction reign.
Tips & tricks
- Use power-ups intelligently to win in tough circumstances.
- Backgrounds and visual effects will distract you. Focus on roadblocks and hostile vessels. When barriers are ahead, zigzag to retain pace.
- Upgrade your starship's speed, firepower, and power-up item duration as you proceed.
